Quality. My objective is that you are completely satisfied with every print you purchase of my photo-based art images. Therefore, I adhere to a number of practices designed to ensure you of the highest quality.

1. Depending on the size and format of your print, I will either personally produce your print on my own colour-profiled printer or I will supervise the production of your print at a selected, professional, qualified printing service.
2. I individually sign and number your print only when I am satisfied with the final print quality, including colour accuracy.
3. I use only the highest quality archival papers, such as Epson Premium Semi-gloss and Epson Premium Lustre paper.
4. I use only archival quality pigment-based inks or laser to ensure the longest print life and fade resistance. You can expect 40 years or more of light fastness under normal conditions when framed under glass.
5. I use only acid-free archival-quality materials to mount and matte your print.

Printing.  Each image is individually printed on archival-quality paper with pigment-based, archival-quality inks or by laser.

Mounting.  Your print may be mounted and matted. If so, each print is double-matted to fit one of several available standard frame sizes.  The matte colours are chosen to best enhance the colours of the print.  If you have any special requests for matting options, please indicate these with your order or by email.

Shipping.  I ship by insured Canada Post worldwide unless you provide special shipping instructions with your order or by email.  Shipping charges will be individually determined for your order and I will advise you of the shipping charges (see note) by email and/or via PayPal.  Please be sure to include your zip code or postal code with your shipping address when you order.  NOTE: I will quote only the pre-paid shipping costs.  You will be responsible for any additional import charges, duties or taxes that must be paid at your end.

Payment.  All prices are in Canadian currency.  I accept payment via PayPal, including major credit cards.  Just click on the appropriate ordering button on the Gallery pages to add an item to your PayPal shopping cart.  Click on any "View Cart" button to see the current status of your order. Then simply follow the PayPal checkout procedures.  NOTE: Shipping charges will not be calculated by PayPal.  I will communicate these separately and then request the additional funds via PayPal prior to shipment.
